RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Single Parents Who Travel!

We offer return and exchange within the first 10 days that you receive the order(s). Please send us an email at hello@singleparentswhotravel.com along with proof of purchase and reason for return. If you are eligible to return and exchange the item(s), we will send you a confirmation email. If 10 days have passed since you received your order, you will not be offered a return and exchange of any kind. 

Eligibility:

  • We do not offer refunds and/or order cancellation for any reason due to the manufacturing cost and handling fees of each item.
  • We accept returns for defective or damaged items and you will be entitled to receive a replacement in the same kind of your order.
  • Returned orders without prior communication with Single Parents Who Travel are not entitled to receive a refund and exchange. You will be responsible for the shipping cost to send it back to you.
  • Once we ship out your order, Single Parents Who Travel will not be responsible for lost items and damaged item(s) due to the courier’s mishandling while shipping the order(s) thus you will not be entitled to return and exchange the item(s). We recommend taking a picture/video before opening the order in case you received it with a broken seal or a damaged box. If this is the case, we suggest you reach out to USPS at https://www.usps.com/help/contact-us.htm to file a claim.
  • We accept exchanges for receiving the wrong item, size, or color.
  • For missing item(s), please send us an email at hello@singleparentswhotravel.com.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs for the exchanged item(s).

How to return order:

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please attach a picture/video of the damaged item to your email. Please wait for our confirmation email before you ship out to return the item(s). Once we receive the returned item, we will send the replacement of the same kind to the shipping address you provided. You will receive another confirmation email along with the new shipping details.
  • If you want to exchange the order due to receiving the wrong item, size, or color, the item must not be damaged or show signs of wear, it must be in the same condition you received it, and it must still be in its original packaging. We offer exchange only once so make sure to provide the right details before we send you the replacement. The replacement item will be of the same kind as your order.
  • We require a receipt or proof of purchase.
